Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Coco Bolo currently only ships to Canada.

All boards are currently made to order, please allow 3 to 7 days for order processing.

Delivery can take 2 to 7 business days depending on where you are having it shipped. 

If there is a deadline you need to meet, please reach out to us directly before ordering.

Coco Bolo works with a variety of shipping couriers and delivery companies including the ones listed below. We automatically send out the order with the best option available.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Local Delivery and Pick Up

If you are located in the Edmonton area delivery or pick up can be arranged free of charge.

Occasional trips to Calgary & Lloydminster (and anywhere in-between)  are made 1-2 times per month. If you are not on a strict deadline arrangements can be made to drop off and save you shipping charges. 

Returns
Due to the nature of personalization services, our products cannot be accepted for return or refund unless we made an error with your order. In the event that we made an error, please notify us immediately and we will be happy to correct our mistake and replace your product at no cost to you.
