Shipping
All boards are currently made to order, please allow 2 to 5 days for order processing.
Delivery can take 2 to 7 business days depending on where you are having it shipped.
Shipping rates
Shipping is a base rate plus a small amount for each item in your order:
- Alberta: $10.00 + $2.00 per item ($12.00 for one item, $14.00 for two)
- Rest of Canada: $12.00 + $3.00 per item ($15.00 for one item, $18.00 for two)
- Local pickup: free in Edmonton and Calgary
If there is a deadline you need to meet, please reach out to us directly before ordering.
Coco Bolo works with a variety of shipping couriers and delivery companies. We automatically send out the order with the best option available.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment's tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Edmonton (Terrace Heights area) and Calgary (Rundle area) at no charge. Choose pickup at checkout and you will receive an email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Returns & Exchanges
- Custom engraved items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom engraved items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Non-personalized items: Can be returned within 14 days in original condition for a full refund (less return shipping).
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
- How to start a return: Email sales@coco-bolo.ca with your order number to initiate a return.
